Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at klaevoshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send the item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or stopped working within the normal use period, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
